Press Conference Regarding the Shooting of Richard Ferretti in Philadelphia

The law firm of Eisenberg, Rothweiler, Winkler, Eisenberg & Jeck, P.C. represents the family of Richard Paul Ferretti, a man shot by the Philadelphia police in May 2016. After over a year of receiving no answers from the Philadelphia police department or district attorney’s office as to how and why this occurred, we have now filed a lawsuit in federal district court to obtain answers and uncover the truth.
